4. Development a concept

We only need a sketch based on your ideas, you can send a hand drawing, reference product or digital image for better visualization and your idea of the material and trims to be used or we can suggest the material based on our previous experience to start development concept

5. Design Development & Create a Tech Pack

Product design with professional 3D concept drawing this allows to determine and agree on the basic product characteristics. We only need any quick sketch or reference product from you to get started We plan ahead and consider technical aspects to meet your total requirements 

The process end up with having professional manufacturing documents for your custom clothing commonly referred to as Tech Pack. This will include the designs, Colors, and material of the requested item and compile a list of all the materials that are needed by fashion manufactures to realize the product and that you can take anywhere in contrast to mere product design firms, 

Once the product design is finalized you can gladly move on with us by developing Prototypes & Custom samples and having your dream product to live

6. Price quotation

Product costing determines how your product can be manufactured economically. 

Our merchandising team have vast knowledge of costing and good negotiating skill with all suppliers associated with fabric, accessories, we can offer accurate and competitive price for your product which can make your new business profitable than your expectation 

• FOB (Free On Board) price till shipment on board and shipping and clearance you will take care 

• CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) Price offer till your destination port and clearance you will take care 

LDP (Landed Duty Paid) Price till goods deliver to your door after all clearance and duty paid.

7. Build a Prototype & Fit samples

The product development process starts with realizing the Product Design (Tech Pack ) that you have already developed with.

• 1st to view your product visualization require prototype samples with similar material to test your fashion manufacturing idea and functionality 
• 2nd  require fit samples to ensure the fittings  
• 3rd size set samples with actual material to verify fitting and size grading 
• 4th Pre production sample reflect actual fabric and trims 

5th (TOP) Top Of Production sample to verify your final product

8. Manufacturing

After you decide on the perfect sample, we are ready to integrate the design into the production line at the manufacturing unit for mass production and our Production, Technical and QA team closely monitor your production till pack in to carton

9. Quality Control process
